It's NOT about the Benjamin's

But godliness with contentment is great gain:
for we brought nothing into the world, for neither can we carry anything out;
but having food and covering we shall be therewith content. (1 Timothy 6:6-8)

I know this to be true, you know this to be true. So why do we still struggle to have just a little more. Truth be told, it's because our devotion time with the LORD has been put on the back burner. Our desires then get out of wack "I will get to my devotions later" but night comes and goes and another day slipped through our fingers. A Spirit unfed creates hunger for the things that are dead. LORD help us to make you our first priority, everything else can wait.

Wedding Bells

This weekend I have the honor of peforming the marriage ceremony for my brother and new sister Talitha!

So that they are no longer two, but one flesh. Then let not that which has been joined by God be parted by man. Matthew 19:6

I love marriage because it reminds me of God's love, regardless our short comings He will never divorce us. This is why He hates divorce so much. It's not in His character, only man chooses this path.

Not satisfied!

I love them that love me; And those that seek me diligently shall find me. (Proverbs 8:17)

Do not be satisfied with what you already know about our LORD. Increase your knowing of Him. Not for the sake of intelligence rather for the comfort of knowing our heavenly Father.

SURFING IS IN MY JOB DESCRIPTION

Off to the beach!! The S.E.A. Surf school is a ministry which offers free lessons for anyone at any age. This ministry provides a practical form of witnessing to many locals or even tourist. The senior instructor is taught by a highly ranked and well known surfer (Mambo Lamb). Mambo has demonstrated that surfing comes second. His first objective is Christ and soul winning. This is why it blesses me to participate whenever possible. Please pray that the LORD would open doors and bless this great ministry. With that said....surf's up and I'm out!
